- Professional Relationship & Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Specific Results: We do not guarantee specific sales figures, lead counts, or ranking positions. Our role is to optimize your campaigns using industry best practices.
Ad Spend: Clients are responsible for paying Google directly for ad spend. Our fees cover management and consulting only.
- Client Obligations
To ensure Smart and effective campaign performance, the client agrees to:
Provide timely access to Google Ads, Analytics, and Merchant Center accounts.
Ensure that their website and products comply with Google’s Advertising Policies.
Provide accurate business information and creative assets (logos, images, videos) as needed.
Maintain a functional landing page or website for ad traffic.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on wardanisar.online, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Warda Nisar.
Limited License: You are granted a limited license to access the site for personal/business inquiry purposes.

- Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Consultancy Fees: Fees for audit, setup, and monthly management must be paid in advance as per the invoice.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital consulting and the immediate allocation of resources, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Late Payments: Failure to pay management fees may result in the temporary suspension of ad campaign monitoring and optimization.
- Confidentiality

- Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding month.
- Compliance with Google Policies
All campaigns created by Warda Nisar are designed to adhere to Google’s Terms of Service. If a client insists on “Black Hat” techniques or promotes prohibited content (e.g., illegal products, misleading claims), we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without a refund.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the professional relationship with a written notice (usually 15 to 30 days, as specified in your individual contract). Upon termination, we will hand over all access to the client, provided all outstanding dues are cleared.
- Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may link to third-party tools (like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
- Changes to Terms
